At Sages Apparel LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.


Exchange for Defective or Damaged Items

We only accept exchanges in cases where the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Customers must provide:

    • Clear photos showing the defect or damage.

    • A video recording of the unboxing process (from opening the package to revealing the product).

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Once the evidence is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same item and size (subject to availability).


Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Exception: If the return or exchange is a result of our error (e.g., defective product, damaged item, or wrong item sent), Sages Apparel LLC will cover the return shipping cost and the cost of sending the replacement item.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use or care

  • Items without sufficient photo and video evidence

  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery
